Hi, I am Jana and the founder of North Georgia Realty. We are a full-service Realty company that can assist you in marketing, purchase, or lease of your residential or commercial property. I have been a resident of the Atlanta area since 1998, almost a native. My family and business roots are in Iowa where my grandfather started a Real Estate and Insurance firm in 1917 that my brother continues to successfully grow today.

With my family business experience and a Finance degree from The University of Iowa School of Business as a foundation, I set my sights on building my own successful real estate business by providing an exceptional level of personal client service and superior results. Each member of our team must meet these standards.

I have been involved in Real Estate -property management, sales and brokerage- since 1993, in Chicago, Dallas and Atlanta. My initial experience was in property management, giving me a ground-up understanding of commercial buildings. My experience with two of the most respected names in Atlanta residential real estate, Northside Realty and Coldwell Banker, is available to you on a more personal scale at North Georgia Realty.

I continue to improve my ability to assist my clients through advanced real estate and financial education in order to help you navigate successfully through the process of buying or selling property in a more complex and volatile financial environment. In my pursuit of a Certified Financial Planner designation, I can assist you in making a real estate decision in view of the larger picture of Wealth Management, Estate Planning, and Retirement.
